Processing Details And Cancellation Policy

Processing Details: We process your art after you choose from your favourite picture and provide us with a copy of the same. Please make sure the resolution of the chosen picture has high resolution. This eases and modifies the illustration process for the artist. Henceforth, saving time and as a result, we get more time to make majestic art pieces for you.

Cancellation: We do offer a product cancellation policy to make sure that our customers don't feel reluctant to fill their shopping bag. You can always cancel any product, in case you change your mind or wish to purchase any other product on our website.

However, the cancellation requests will be only applicable and accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping all over India.

Additional charges are applied to international shipping.

 

Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.

 

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

 

Address change will be accepted only if an order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if a new location is within the same state.

 

As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
